Business Development Executive
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative(Female only) to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Requirement/Responsibilities:
Female Candidate Required
Qualification: Graduation from any stream.
Experience: 0 to 5 yrs Experience(Fresher may also apply).
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
Good organisation, Communication ,Good Teamwork,Planning & Marketing skills required
Identifying new sales leads
Generate Leads and follow up with Clients.
Set up sales targets & work towards achieving them.
Prepare Quotation & Proposals, Negotiate with client on terms if it is require
Liaising with clients/ customers for securing new leads and business referrals.
Representing the company at various business gatherings.
Coordinate with Support/Technical team related to order of client
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Ability to make numerous cold-calls daily.
Handling all Telecallers and Marketing Executives and assigning targets to them and create plan to achieve targets.
